To continue providing the best possible care to all our patients, we are implementing a new cancellation and no-show policy effective 1 August 2024.
Please note, a $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise; however, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule efficiently. Timely cancellations allow us to offer appointments to other clients in need.

Hi Lemonia I received your sms requesting consent re our phone appointment tomorrow. Unfortunately I’m unable to reply ‘yes’. I spent $550 on an induction kit for my car this fortnight and can’t afford to buy more call credit atm🤦♂️. I only have internet data.
