She practised for ten years in her native Sri Lanka, working in both general practice and hospital medicine, before moving to Australia in 2021. She then worked as a GP in a rural practice in Wodonga and Lancefield before joining the Wyperfeld Medical practice in 2024.
Away from work, Dr Weththasinghe loves spending any spare time she has outdoors with her kids and enjoys cycling and Zumba. She also loves gardening and cooking and is always happy to try new recipes.

Dr. Simu graduated from Australia National University (ANU) with a degree of Medicine in 2009 and obtained a fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) soon after. Dr. Simu is an experienced GP with a friendly and approachable personality. She is especially good at working with women and children. As a mother herself, Dr. Simu knows how important your own child’s health is to you and will dedicate time to explain and discuss your child’s healthcare, needs and concerns. She values forming relationships and building trust with all her patients.

Dr. Sara has been working as a Medical officer in variety of specialties in hospitals including, Departments of Gynaecology, Surgery, Paediatrics and ETU in Sri Lanka as well as a General practitioner in Sri Lanka, before migrating to Australia in 2014.
She then proceeded to pursue her career as a General practitioner in Australia and obtained her fellowship in General Practice with Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
She Likes reading books, loves dancing and Cooking.
She has been a GP in Victoria for the past 6 years working in Craigieburn and Taylors Lakes.
Dr. Laksiri obtained his MBBS from Sri Lanka in 2008 and practiced as a General Practitioner there. He also worked as a Medical Officer in two main hospitals in Sri Lanka before moving to Australia.
Dr. Laksiri continued his medical career in Australia as a General Practitioner in Mount Waverley and as a Medical Officer at Werribee Mercy Hospital. He obtained his fellowship in General Practice with Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2021, broadening his knowledge in general practice and passion for delivering the best possible care for his patients. Dr. Laksiri is currently completing a diploma in women’s health.

Phillip Dolevski completed a Bachelor of Health Science (B.HSc) and Masters of Podiatric Practice (M.Pod) at La Trobe University. He has worked in a range of private and public health settings which has given him the knowledge and experience to treat a wide range of lower limb pathologies.
He has a personal interest in sports including triathlon and weight training which allows him to design a treatment and rehabilitation program that’s simple and specific to his clients.
Lemonia Kollaras is a psychologist registered with the Registration Board of Victoria. Lemonia is professionally qualified and experienced, who listens, gives individuals her time, offers support and understanding, respects confidentiality, provides feedback and guidance as well as assists all patients to bring about any necessary and desired change in their lives.
A special interest of hers consists of cognitive behavior therapy – a practical, sensible and effective approach to help individuals master their thoughts and think constructively. Kusal Goonewardena has established a successful career in building 3 innovative sports medicine clinics in Melbourne. His passion is to provide the best solutions in the sports physiotherapy healthcare sector so that patients, athletes and clients continuously receive the most important aspect in health: Results. His passion is to lead practitioners
so they live a life of service that is judged by expertise, results, service and education.
Kusal believes that every sports medicine practitioner is in a position to change the lives of athletes and regular people, by having the mindset to achieve results in 3 sessions or less. Kusal states that striving to be their best, living in the moment and continuous perfection of skill acquisition are the keys to his teams success.
Kusal is a ‘hands on’ leader, combining his business acumen with his Outstanding skills as a sports physiotherapist, and he loves leading from the front. With over 65,000 treatments in sports physiotherapy over 2 decades he has mentored over 1000 therapists from around the globe. Currently the head of Sports Medicine at Elite Akademy Sports Medicine at the University of Melbourne he and his team have helped the university achieve a top 5 finish at the prestigious Australian University Games since 2008.
